My Story

My passion for movement runs deep. I have been a dancer all my life and feel there is nothing like pushing your body and mind to new heights.

I am Stott Pilates certified and I have worked in the dance and fitness industry for 15+ years. I thrive on helping others experience the benefits I have through movement and fitness.

As a wife and mother to 3, I have developed an even deeper appreciation for my body and the importance of fueling myself as a woman through health and fitness. I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with others and help them do the same.

I strongly believe “Movement is medicine” and I want to share my dose with you!

WHY PILATES

I have a great love and appreciation for the Pilates method. I truly value the way it builds your body’s strength, stability and mobility while emphasizing breath and mind/body connection.

When I started incorporating Pilates in my life regularly I not only saw instant change in my posture and muscle tone, but experienced relief from chronic pain I had developed from years of dance without proper strength training.

Regular Pilates practice also creates a safe and strong foundation when incorporating other formats such as HIIT, weight training, Running, etc.
